Account creation is completely voluntary. You choose to sign up, and you can delete your account at any time.
Social Media Connection Data
When you connect your X (Twitter) or LinkedIn accounts, we receive:
- Access tokens to post on your behalf (securely encrypted)
- Basic profile information from these platforms
- Content you create within Planaro for scheduling
Usage Data
We collect basic usage information to improve our service:
- Pages visited and features used
- Device type and browser information
- Log data (IP address, timestamps)
What We Don't Do With Your Data
- We never sell your data to third parties

We use Paddle as our merchant of record for payment processing and billing. When you subscribe to a paid plan, Paddle handles:

- Billing and invoicing
- VAT/sales tax collection and remittance
- Subscription management

Social Media Platforms

Account and Data Deletion
You have complete control over your data:
- Delete your account: You can delete your account at any time directly from the Planaro app in your account settings
- When you delete your account: All your personal data, scheduled posts, drafts, and connected social media tokens are permanently deleted from our servers
- Deletion timeframe: Account deletion is immediate, though some backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before being permanently erased

- Access your personal data

- Disconnect social media accounts at any time

Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
