Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Planaro. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Planaro service.

Service Description

Planaro is a social media scheduling platform that allows you to:

Schedule and publish posts to X (Twitter) and LinkedIn
Manage multiple social media accounts
Create and save post drafts
View your content calendar

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Planaro, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Planaro. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Planaro to:

Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Spam, harass, or abuse others
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Spread misinformation or engage in fraudulent activity
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
Use automated systems (bots) to abuse the service
Violate the terms of service of connected platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Social Media Integration

When you connect your social media accounts to Planaro:

You authorize Planaro to post content on your behalf to the connected platforms
You remain responsible for all content posted through Planaro
You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
You can disconnect social media accounts at any time

Planaro is not responsible for actions taken by third-party social media platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removal, or policy changes.

Payment and Subscriptions

Billing

Planaro offers both free and paid subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record.

Free Plan: No payment required, limited features
Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancel through your Paddle billing portal or account settings
Access continues until the end of your current billing period
No automatic refunds for partial months
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

Taxes

Paddle handles VAT/sales tax collection and remittance based on your location. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and schedule through Planaro. By using our service, you grant Planaro a limited license to store, process, and publish your content only as necessary to provide the service.

Our Content

Planaro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Planaro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit permission.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
That all scheduled posts will publish successfully
Compatibility with all devices and browsers
That the service will meet all your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Planaro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for content you post or actions taken by third-party platforms
We are not liable for loss of data, though we implement reasonable backup procedures

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Planaro harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the service
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Content you post through the service

Third-Party Links and Services

Planaro may contain links to third-party websites or services (including X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Paddle) that are not owned or controlled by Planaro. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

Sending an email to the address associated with your account
Posting a notice in the Planaro app
Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these terms

Your continued use of the service after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment of fees
At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Planaro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Planaro regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements.
