14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Planaro for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • All subscription plans (monthly and annual)
  • Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase date

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • New subscriptions within 14 days of purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Accidental purchases reported within 14 days

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Cancellations made mid-billing cycle (you retain access until the end of the paid period)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Previous refund requests on the same account

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and bank.

Important Note

Once a refund is processed, your access to Planaro will be terminated immediately.

Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription outside the 14-day refund window:

  • You will retain access to Planaro until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions follow the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After the 14-day period:

  • No pro-rated refunds are available for unused months
  • You retain access for the full 12-month period you paid for
  • The subscription will not auto-renew if cancelled

Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same subscription:

  • Contact us immediately at support@planaro.app
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue within 2 business days
  • Duplicate charges will be refunded in full
  • Billing errors will be corrected and any overcharges refunded
